• Beam and Plate is a very economical way to shore large excavations or cantilevered wall projects that Icon’s premiere slide rail system can not be designed to. • Beam and Plate has specific advantages over other conventional shoring methods such as “Steel Driven Sheet Piling” or “Wood Lagging”. • Install faster and more economically than sheet piling or other methods. • Beam and Plate can be installed with the aid of a vibratory hammer in softer grounds (clays, sands or fills)

• H-Beams and installed in the ground on 4’ or 8’ centers allowing rented road plates from Icon to be pushed in between the flanges of the H-Beams.
